As an Electrician Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and installing residential and commercial electrical systems throughout the Tri‑State area. You will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to code.
Responsibilities- Diagnose electrical issues and provide repair or replacement options to customers
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical panels, circuits, wiring, outlets, lighting, and related components
- Ensure all work meets NEC requirements and local electrical codes
- Communicate daily with customers, dispatch, managers, inspectors, and other team members
- Review job plans, material needs, and equipment prior to arriving at customer locations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment at each job site
- Keep your company vehicle clean, inside and out
- Maintain accurate truck inventory
- Properly complete all required paperwork and documentation
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance
- Participate in ongoing training to grow as a professional and stay up to date with industry standards
- Obtain and maintain necessary electrical licensing and certifications (we can help you get there!)
- Experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work
- Working knowledge of NEC code requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to pursue additional training and certifications
