Location: Northern
IOC Construction is seeking a Roofing Maintenance Technician in the Chicagoland area to perform repairs on shingle, flat, and metal roofs. You will assist with inspections, document findings with mobile apps, and work solo or as part of a team, ensuring safe conditions and adherence to schedules.
Minimum 3+ years of roofing repair experience is required along with OSHA 10/30 certification and a valid driver’s license.
