Construction Manager

Vezha Telecom LLC is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our telecommunications projects.

Mid West, East Coast, and Southern US (depending on availability).

  Proven experience working with major carriers such as T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others.
• Team Leadership: Strong experience in managing and coordinating multiple field crews.
• Project Management: Ability to manage the workflow and project execution both on the job site and from the office as needed.
• Stakeholder Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
• Document Control: Tracking, receiving, and submitting required project documentation and closeouts.
• Testing Equipment Proficiency: Hands-on ability to work with testing equipment for fiber optic and RF cables, including performing OTDR tests, Fiberscope tests, Sweep tests, PIM tests, and more.
• Willingness to Travel: Readiness for long work days and constant travel across the assigned regions.

Position details:We offer flexible employment options: you can choose to work with us either as a subcontractor (1099) or as a W-2 employee. Compensation details will be discussed later during the application process.
