Maintenance Technician

Day

Shift: Sunday-Tuesday, every other Wednesday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM
Night Shift: Thursday-Saturday, every other Wednesday, 6:00 PM-6:00 AM

The Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing equipment and facility systems. The ideal candidate takes pride in preventing failures, not just repairing them.

• Troubleshoot and repair plastics manufacturing and packaging equipment
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled machinery, industrial automation systems, and machine controls
• Troubleshoot and repair printing equipment and associated control systems
• Perform preventive maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime
• Execute predictive maintenance tasks and identify opportunities to prevent failures before they occur
• Repair and maintain motors, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, compressors, drives, and auxiliary equipment
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement
