• Flashing systems
• Window and door repairs
• General exterior remodeling

We are looking for people with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

• Assist experienced technicians on jobsites
• Learn proper repair and installation techniques
• Help with material handling and jobsite setup
• Use tools and equipment safely
• Learn how to diagnose exterior problems
• Assist with roofing, siding, carpentry, and repair work
• Help maintain clean and organized jobsites
• Learn customer communication and professionalism
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Grow your skills through hands‑on training

This position is designed to help you develop valuable long-term skills in the exterior home repair industry.

You will gain experience in:

• Roofing systems
• Flashings and waterproofing
• Deck framing and repairs
• Siding systems
• Problem‑solving and diagnostics

Construction or trade experience is helpful, but not required. What matters most is:
