Repaired and Relieved is looking for a skilled Exterior Carpenter who takes pride in craftsmanship, problem-solving, and quality workmanship.

This position focuses on residential exterior repairs and rebuilds, including:

• Deck repairs and rebuilds
• Railings and stair systems
• Porch posts and structural repairs
• Exterior trim and fascia
• Soffit and carpentry repairs
• Custom exterior repair work

We are not looking for basic laborers.

We are looking for experienced carpenters who can think through problems, communicate professionally, and produce clean, high-quality work.

• Perform exterior carpentry repairs and rebuilds
• Repair and replace decks, stairs, and railings
• Install and repair porch posts and framing
• Replace fascia, soffit, and exterior trim
• Perform cedar siding and wood repair work
• Measure, cut, and install materials accurately
• Identify structural and moisture-related issues
• Work safely on ladders and elevated surfaces
• Maintain clean and organized jobsites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
