Van’s Plumbing & Electric is seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician to join our growing team. As a trusted provider of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC services across Northwest Washington, we’re looking for professionals who take pride in their work, value teamwork, and are committed to delivering a high-quality customer experience.

In this role, you will perform a wide range of HVAC installations, maintenance, and service work across residential and light commercial projects. You’ll work alongside a team of experienced professionals to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with applicable codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Van’s installation standards of exceptional quality and workmanship
• Meet/exceed Industry standards
• Provide customers/homeowners with post-installation walkthrough
• Willingness and ability to climb into attic/crawl spaces
• Maintain Van’s standards with a ‘customer-first’ perspective
• Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all team members
• Maintain a Van’s branded appearance at all times per company policy
• Meet and exceed individual Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Qualifications:

• Enjoy the daily challenge and working through solutions
• Valid Washington State Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Minimum of 2 years of experience required
• Project minded visualization
• Problem solving attitude
• Ability to work well as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $38.00 per hour
