Quick Lane Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Quick Lane Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing thorough multi-point inspections to OEM completion standards as well as completing recommended maintenance in a timely manner, cooperating and communicating productively and respectfully with quick lane staff.

Qualifications
  • ASE certification preferred (or willingness to pursue)
  • Prior experience at an OEM-certified dealership
  • Comfortable with a fast-pace, high-volume work environment
  • Basic understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance procedures
  • Professionalism and politeness to staff, Grows Oriented
Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, filters, and multi-point inspections
  • Complete Digital MPI Inspections with videos and pictures for every vehicle
  • Identify additional service needs and communicate findings with advisors
  • Follow manufacture specifications on all maintenance and inspection procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with required OEM training
  • Stay active in the shop and work proficiently to complete vehicles for our customers in the expected repair time window
Requirements
  • Past experience as a Service Technician or similar role in automotive repair
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance intervals and inspection procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and safety first mentality
  • Ability to use shop tools and equipment
  • Good communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and relevant certifications preferred
