• Diagnosing and repairing HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Handling advanced troubleshooting and specialty service calls
• Supporting residential and commercial installations
• Serving as a technical resource for other technicians
• Assisting with job planning, materials coordination, and project support
• Communicating clearly with customers, dispatch, and leadership
• Mentoring junior technicians and supporting team development
• Completing accurate digital work orders and reports
• Maintaining company tools, vehicle, and equipment

• Monday through Friday, day shift
• Limited rotating on call availability as needed
• Daily dispatch
  from our Scottsdale office
  to support strong team communication and operational efficiency

Company vehicles (to remain at shop) and tools are provided.

Our technicians work in highly trusted environments.

Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and the highest level of personal integrity.

Qualified candidates must be able to pass background screening and maintain the professionalism required when working in client homes and businesses.

• Eight or more years of HVAC and refrigeration experience
• Strong residential and commercial service background
• Experience supporting or mentoring other technicians
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and install a wide range of systems
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking ability
• Professional communication and appearance
• Organized, dependable, and detail oriented
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Clean background check
