- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial irrigation systems, including both 2-wire and conventional wiring systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure optimal system performance and water efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to wiring, grounding, leaks, programming, and scheduling.
- Complete and submit daily progress and T&M (Time & Materials) reports accurately and on time.
- Attend weekly foremen meetings to discuss workload, equipment needs, project guidelines, and job tracking.
- Read and interpret irrigation and landscaping blueprints and drawings.
- Communicate equipment and material needs to supervisors promptly.
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment by following company safety policies and participating in safety meetings.
- Support a positive team culture by modeling professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial landscape or irrigation systems.
- Valid Colorado driver’s license.
- Experience with both 2-wire and conventional irrigation systems.
- Ability to read and interpret landscaping and irrigation blueprints.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred.
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
$23.00 – $30.00 per hour
, plus an additional $3.00 per hour for billable hours. Bonus opportunities available.
