Pool Service Technicians look after the water, the equipment and the detail on some of the most demanding private pools on the East End. You will be on properties every week, and the standard you hold is the one clients notice.
Test and balance water, clean and maintain gunite and vinyl pools and spas, check equipment on every visit, and keep accurate daily records.
Who it is forAnyone with a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or GED, and basic math. Pool experience helps, but we train people who do not have it.
What we offer$21.61 to $28.00 an hour based on experience, full health, dental and vision, 401k with company matching, paid training and weekly paychecks.
The Role What the work actually involves.Pool Service Technicians perform weekly service, maintenance, troubleshooting and care for our residential pools and spas. The team provides the highest quality service to residential clients across the Hamptons and Suffolk County.
Job duties- Water testing and proper water chemistry.
- Cleaning and maintaining gunite and vinyl pools and spas.
- Maintain and record accurate information for daily paperwork.
- Inspect and ensure proper operation of all pool equipment through routine checks.
- Communicate any concerns or issues to the Field Manager and CSR staff.
- Assist with summerization and winterization of pools and spas.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license in good standing.
- Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
- Experience is a plus but not required for a pool service maintenance technician. We will train.
- Full time year-round or seasonal positions available based on performance reviews.
- Monday through Friday, with Saturdays required during the summer season when needed.

Pay and overtime$21.61 to $28.00 an hour depending on what you bring. Overtime is available and paid. Paychecks are weekly.
