Salary Range: $16.00 To $16.50 Annually

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various equipment and performing essential repairs or preventative maintenance as needed. You will also be accountable for the overall maintenance of our company's property and physical operations. The successful candidate will ensure that all maintenance and repairs are completed efficiently, cost-effectively, and in adherence to specifications. Additionally, you will diagnose mechanical issues, perform repairs, and handle routine maintenance tasks.

• Oversee and maintain the company's property and physical operations.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective completion of all maintenance and repairs, adhering to specifications.
• Perform assigned duties as directed by the supervisor.
• Execute preventative maintenance measures.
• Handle basic repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and promptly address them.
• Repair machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Previous experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.

• Physical Stamina:
  Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods, including standing, bending, and climbing.
• Lifting and Carrying:
  Capability to lift and carry heavy tools, equipment, and materials, often weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Manual Dexterity:
  Proficient use of hands and tools to perform intricate repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Visual and Auditory Acuity:
  Good vision and hearing to detect and diagnose mechanical problems and follow safety protocols.

  Ability to move around the property and access hard-to-reach areas, including roofs and crawl spaces.
