Construction Field Worker

We are seeking a dependable, hard-working Commercial Landscape Construction Crew Member to join our team. In this role, you will assist in building and installing high-quality commercial outdoor spaces, including site prep, softscaping, and hardscaping. While experience in landscape construction, irrigation, or heavy equipment operation is a plus, it is
not required
—we are willing to train candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to learn

• Site Preparation & Softscaping: Assist with grading, soil prep, planting trees/shrubs/flowers, laying sod, and applying mulch or aggregate on commercial job sites.
• Hardscape & Structural Work: Help install pavers, retaining walls, drainage systems, and edging materials under supervisor direction.
• Materials & Tools: Safely load, unload, and transport materials, hand tools, and small motorized equipment (e.g., wheelbarrows, compactors, trenchers).
• Equipment & Irrigation (Bonus): Assist with operating light equipment (e.g., skid steers, mini excavators) and basic irrigation installation if experienced or after receiving safety training.
• Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to all OSHA and company safety guidelines, wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and ensure site cleanliness at the end of each workday.

• No prior experience required. 1+ years of experience in commercial construction, landscaping, or hardscaping is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy manual labor in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, rain) and regularly lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Strong work ethic, punctual attendance, and a positive team-first attitude.
• Reliable transportation to the shop or primary job site required.
