Job Description

As a Commercial Electrician Journeyman in TLC's Commercial Service Department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical service while building strong relationships with customers and team members. This role places a strong emphasis on exceptional customer service
, ensuring clear communication, professionalism, and a positive customer experience on every job. You will play a key role in representing TLC in the field while maintaining safety, productivity, and consistency in workmanship across all projects.

Job Requirements

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial electrical systems
• Diagnose electrical issues and provide effective solutions
• Ensure all work meets code requirements and safety standards
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding scope of work, timelines, and pricing
• Provide outstanding customer experience by addressing questions, concerns, and expectations proactively
• Maintain daily production, quality, and customer satisfaction goals
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Complete all service documentation, invoicing, and collections daily
• Coordinate with dispatch and team members to meet scheduling commitments
• Maintain organized tools, vehicles, and material stock
• Identify opportunities to upsell services that benefit the customer
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to team members

Qualifications

• Valid Electrical Journeyman License (required)
• EE98J License (required)
• 4+ years of commercial electrical experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and installations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Understanding of OSHA regulations and safety requirements
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces

$30 - $38 (hourly)
