Lead from the front. As a Working Foreman at Cattle Crete, you won't just oversee the crew - you'll be hands-on in the work that keeps every project moving. We're looking for a strong leader with concrete finishing skills, equipment know-how, and the drive to deliver high-quality work across the Midwest.
As a Working Foreman, you'll take charge of day-to-day crew operations while staying hands-on with concrete finishing and site management. You'll be directly responsible for motivating and managing crews of 5-15+ workers while ensuring equipment is maintained, safety standards are met, and daily targets are achieved. Communication with the Superintendent and Project Manager will be critical to your success.
Key Focuses:- Lead concrete crews on active job sites
- Finish concrete alongside your team
- Manage daily operations and jobsite progress
- Maintain equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Serve as the key communicator between field and management
We're looking for a hands-on foreman who leads by example - not just someone who gives orders from a distance. If you know how to manage people, work concrete, and keep operations moving efficiently, this role is built for you.
Requirements:- Strong concrete finishing experience
- Proven leadership of crews (5-15+ members)
- Solid equipment maintenance knowledge
- Bilingual (required: English + Spanish)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Asphalt or concrete paving experience (preferred)
