What You’ll Be Doing
This role is for a skilled technician who takes pride in delivering precise, high‑quality auto glass replacement and/or recalibration. You will work independently, apply strong technical judgment, and maintain a sharp focus on safety and customer satisfaction. Successful technicians solve problems confidently, work efficiently, and consistently deliver results that earn customer trust.
- Safely performs standard to complex windshield installations independently with high quality and excellent customer service
- Handles most common issues encountered (i.e., stuck moldings, minor rush, cleanup) within reasonable time frames, escalates new or uncommon issues as needed
- Performs basic door glass and back glass replacements
- Assists with or performs static recalibrations
- Safely operate company and customer vehicles, company‑issued tools, and chemicals utilized throughout the workday
- Complies with all policies and procedures
About You
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED preferred.
- Valid state‑issued driver’s license and any other licenses (as required by federal, state and local laws) to operate company vehicle required.
- Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- 1+ years of related professional experience on light and medium duty vehicles.

- Proficiency in using computerized diagnostic tools to complete recalibrations and trouble‑shoot issues
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and exceeding customer expectations
- Excellent problem‑solving and ability to trouble‑shoot issues, independently and collaboratively
- Ability to work scheduled days, with flexibility on start and end times to accommodate customer’s needs
- Ability to read, write and interpret the English language and technical directions
- Ability to communicate orally (via phone and in person) and in writing (via computer or other electronic means)
- Willingness and ability to maintain stable performance under professional or personal pressure and/or opposition (e.g., time pressure and productivity measures)
