** YOU
* * As an Associate Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible to troubleshoot, repair, and conduct preventative maintenance on metal stamping equipment and supporting equipment.
* *** Weekend Shift Hours are Fri - Sun 6:00AM to 6:30PM. You will receive a $2.50 shift differential for every hour worked**.
* *** WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**(% of Time)
Install and service systems such as electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic, controls. (80%)Miscellaneous repairs and tasks which could include parts pickup, coordinating vendors, developing training materials and solutions. (5%)Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, hydraulic and mechanical equipment (5%)Perform preventative maintenance on stamping presses and supporting equipment. (5%)Perform routine industrial and facility maintenance. (5%)
** DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

* Associates in technology related field is preferred.
* Simpson Strong-Tie Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Certification (will certify at hire) is required.
* Working in Industrial or commercial environments – 7 years.
* Tools: own tools must be provided.
* Electrical: 12-480V electrical troubleshooting and repair skills. Including servos, VFD’s.
* Mechanical: experience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
* Writing: ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
* Speaking: ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, vendors, and other employees of the organization.
* Technology: knowledgeable in Microsoft PC environment, including Word, Outlook and Excel.
* Self-Management: ability to display a high level of initiative, effort, and commitment towards completing assignments in a timely manner.
** TRAVEL REQUIRED

** This full-time, non-exempt position is located in McKinney, TX

** PAY**$21.30 - $31.97 / hour
