Who You’ll Report To
You’ll be directly supported by your Community Manager – a leader who values communication, accountability, and teamwork. Expect clear direction, recognition for a job well done, and support when tackling challenges.

Your Background
- 1+ years of prior maintenance experience (manufactured housing, apartments, or related fields preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and grounds maintenance.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to walk, lift, bend, crawl, and climb ladders/stairs for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity to safely use power and hand tools.
- Normal hearing and vision to follow instructions and complete detailed work.
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold.
