Santa Rita Landscaping seeks full-time experienced Spray Technicians to add to our remarkable team of professionals! If you are a motivated self-starter who is organized, has a strong work ethic, can work independently, and has a willingness to learn, you are an ideal candidate. If you would like to become a certified applicator, training and certification is available for motivated applicants.

- Treat weed, insect, disease and nutritional deficiencies by the application of appropriate products
- Perform pest control applications following specific Company established guidelines
- Perform a variety of application types including backpack, granular, and high volume spray applications
- Communicate effectively with Field Supervisors, Account Managers, and fellow employees
- Strictly adhere to all safety procedures and laws/regulations governing pesticide applications
- Document all work performed via application records and daily work logs
- Properly maintain your truck and equipment and report any problems with the equipment in a timely manner
- Licensed in OPM Category 4 (Right of Ways) and 3 (Turf and Ornamental).
- Ability to work independently, consistently, and efficiently with limited supervision
- Flexible enough to work varying hours to meet the needs of the company, which can include long days
- Ability to frequently lift, pull and push 75 lbs.
- Attention to detail, ability to problem solve, and a strong work ethic to do the job right the first time
- Ability to work and walk for long durations in Arizona weather
- Reliable and punctual
- Valid Arizona driver’s license and a clean driving history
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Previous Sustainable Landscape Management experience is a bonus
