- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and compressed air systems throughout the plant during the overnight shift.
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and building system failures overnight to minimize production downtime.
- Conduct nightly facility walkthroughs to identify and address safety hazards, leaks, or equipment issues before they escalated.
- Perform minor repairs to doors, dock equipment, flooring, and general building infrastructure as issues arise during the shift.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work orders, and coordinate with day-shift facilities staff on ongoing issues and handoffs.
- Operate and maintain building equipment such as compressor’s, elevators, chillers, and generators.
- Adhere to all plant safety protocols and regulations, ensuring that work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Perform other duties as required.

Requirements WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:- High school diploma or GED; trade school or technical certification a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience in facilities maintenance, industrial maintenance, or a related trade, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Comfortable working independently and overnight in an industrial environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
- Forklift certification a plus, or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to completing tasks.
- Perform manual labor
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs, climbing, and working in various conditions in a manufacturing plant setting.
