Aggregate Construction Full-Time Boise, IDEntry-level crew position placing and pouring concrete on foundations, flatwork, and structural projects across the Treasure Valley. No experience required — if you show up and work hard, we will teach you the trade.
Apply for this position## What You'll Do* ✓Set forms, stakes, and rebar ahead of each pour* ✓Move and place concrete by chute, buggy, or pump hose* ✓Rake, screed, and help finish slabs, footings, and flatwork* ✓Strip forms, patch, and clean up once the pour is done* ✓Keep the site, tools, and equipment clean and organized* ✓Support finishers and operators wherever the crew needs hands## What We're Looking For* ✓No experience necessary — we train the right person* ✓Reliable transportation and consistent, on-time attendance* ✓Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stay on your feet all day* ✓Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, and early starts* ✓Willing to take direction and learn on a fast-moving crew* ✓Valid driver's license preferred
