Asphalt Maintenance Specialist

Earn $74K–$85K annually plus in-field commissions as an Asphalt Maintenance Equipment Operator. We’re looking for experienced, dependable professionals with 2–3 years of asphalt maintenance experience and strong equipment operation skills who are ready to make an immediate impact. Pay Range: $74k - $85k a year plus commission!

• Hourly Rate: $36 - $41 Based on experience!

• Monday to Friday. Start 6:45 AM
• Weekends as needed, evening as needed, early starts as needed

• 2-3 years of experience in asphalt maintenance, paving, or a related construction field.
• Previous experience operating heavy machinery and equipment
• Familiarity with seal coating equipment, heavy machinery, and asphalt materials.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• A team player with an ownership mentality—you take pride in delivering high-quality results.

• Apply seal coating, crack sealing, and other protective treatments to asphalt surfaces.
• Prepare job sites, including cleaning, crack filling, oil spot treatment, and setting up traffic control.
• Operate and maintain asphalt maintenance equipment, such as spray rigs, crack‑sealing machines, and blowers.
• Shovel, rake, wheelbarrow, and compact asphalt to ensure a smooth, durable finish.
• Work with the team to complete projects efficiently, keeping job sites clean and safe.
