Experienced HVAC Installer Ready to Lead?

Morris Heating and Cooling is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who can confidently lead residential installations, deliver quality workmanship, and help develop the installers working alongside them.

This is an experienced-level leadership position. We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience, proven crew leadership experience, and the ability to take ownership of installation projects from start to finish.

• $27–$32/hour

• Weekly pay

• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule

• Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish

• Install HVAC systems, furnaces, ductwork, line sets, and related equipment

• Lead, mentor, and support installation crew members

• Read and interpret blueprints, installation drawings, and technical documentation

• Troubleshoot installation challenges and determine appropriate solutions

• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, building codes, and safety requirements

• Manage multiple installation projects while maintaining quality and efficiency

• Coordinate with contractors and other trades as needed

• Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, and customer service

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience

• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, equipment, components, installation methods, and safety standards

• Proven leadership experience leading or mentoring installation crews

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation

• EPA Certification required

• Journeyman License required

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management abilities

• Ability to manage multiple installation projects while maintaining quality and efficiency

• Ability to safely lift equipment and perform the physical demands of residential HVAC installation
