Lead Installers are responsible for leading residential HVAC installation projects, ensuring quality workmanship,maintaining jobsite standards, and providing an exceptional customer experience. You’ll be expected to bring strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and attention to detail while working alongside and mentoring otherteam members. No callbacks on your installations
Collect all required forms and payments onthe job
Upload all required photos and job information to Service Titan
Report to every scheduled shift with nocall-outs

Primary

Responsibilities Include:

Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish across Milwaukee, Waukesha, and surrounding counties
Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits,boilers, and full ductwork systems
Read and interpret installation drawings, mechanical plans, and system layouts
Test, balance, commission, and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems
Train and supervise HVAC helpers and junior installers — build thenext generation of Capital Leads
Ensure every install meets local and state mechanical codes
