Location:
Kalida, OH Superior Energy Solutions is seeking a motivated Solar Service & Installation Technician to support residential and commercial solar projects. This role assists with system installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and commissioning while working alongside experienced installers and electricians.
What You’ll Do:- Assist with solar panel installation, wiring, racking, and equipment setup
- Support service calls, basic troubleshooting, and system inspections
- Help with startup, commissioning, and monitoring setup
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Coordinate materials, tools, and daily jobsite needs
- Follow safety standards and company procedures
- 1+ year of construction, electrical, or mechanical experience preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors, on rooftops, and at heights
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and use hand/power tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Competitive hourly pay with overtime
