Commercial Lock Installation Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Commercial Lock Installation Specialist to join our team in at  2101 E Broadway Rd Suite 2. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the security and functionality of commercial locking systems for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will not only contribute to the safety of various facilities but will also enhance customer satisfaction through your exceptional service and technical knowledge.

• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial locking systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot locking mechanisms and security systems.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, inventories, and service calls.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during installations and repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects effectively and efficiently.
• Stay updated with the latest locking technologies and industry trends.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in locksmithing and lock installation (2+ years preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Attention to detail and a strong safety awareness.
• Relevant certifications in locksmithing are a plus.
• Familiarity with tools and software used in locksmithing.
• Own your own reliable vehicle.

This is an In dependant contractor position. Contractors are paid per job.
