RANDALL OFFSITE CONSTRUCTION specializes in the integration of Completely Prefabricated Bathroom Pods for hotel,dormitory, medical and multi-family ground-up construction projects.

Randall Offsite Construction(Pods) is currently seeking skilled Carpenters / Multi Trade Craftspeople to work in our Apopka, FL headquarters and manufacturingfacility.

Our Carpenters / Multi Trade Craftspeople to manufacture our Bathroom Pods from framing to finish fit-out completion.

• 5+years of experience in high-end new construction of renovation interiors.(Carpentry, Framing, Drywall, Tile, Flooring, Paint, Plumbing, Electrical,Fixtures)
• Must be familiar with properuse of PPE and basic OSHA rules
• Must be able to provide his own transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements
• GED or equivalent diploma
• Knowledge blueprint and isometric drawing reading
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Communication:
  Effective English orBi-lingual (English/Spanish) verbal and written communication skills are amust have
• Teamwork:
  Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders toachieve quality objectives and project success.
• Safety:
  Commitment to adhering to safety protocols, procedures, and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.

Thisis primarily a field or jobsite job. You must be able to lift a dead weight of at least
50 poundsand stand on your feet for several hoursat a time. You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch and lift as required by the job, and be able to respond quickly to sounds, see and respond to dangerous situations, and properly wear personal protective gear.
