ALL-ISR is building a qualified talent pool of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Operators with current or recent qualification on ULTRA and/or LEAP platforms in support of current and anticipated DZYNE Technologies’ Group 4–5 long-endurance UAS requirements.

The role may include the duties of:

Air Vehicle Operator (AVO)

Selected candidates will support the U.S. Department of Defense and other U.S. government entities in potentially austere land- and maritime-based environments, to include both developmental flight test and operational deployments. This position is subject to applicable task-order requirements, funding, qualification, and customer approval.

Serve as Remote Pilot in Command (RPIC) / Air Vehicle Operator for ULTRA and/or LEAP (Group 4–5) UAS missions (VLOS/BVLOS/BLOS), as qualified and assigned.

Conduct full mission cycles: planning, briefing, execution, debriefing, and data dissemination.

Perform launch and recovery operations consistent with platform-specific procedures.

Operate advanced payloads: EO/IR, SAR, SIGINT, communications relay, and other mission systems.

Execute pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight inspections.

Perform troubleshooting and operator-level maintenance.

Maintain flight logs, equipment inventories, and safety documentation.

Support austere/forward deployments and coordinate with military customers, ATC, range personnel, and prime contractor teams.

Current or recent qualification as Air Vehicle Operator (AVO) on ULTRA and/or LEAP platforms.

FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with an Instrument rating or a minimum of 500 hours of piloting medium- or high-altitude ISR Group 3/4/5 UAS (e.g. MQ-1/9, RQ-7, Heron). Qualifying experience may be gained as a member of the military, a Department of War (DoW) civilian, a contractor supporting a DoW unit, or within a non-DoW organization conducting comparablemedium- or high-altitude ISR missions (e.g., DHS or private-sector RDT&E, training, or operations).

Active U.S. DoD Secret security clearance (TS/SCI eligibility is a plus).

Must possess a current FAA Class II medical certificate. Verification will occur after a conditional offer is extended.

Ability to deploy CONUS/OCONUS. CONUS rotations are based in Springfield, OH (typically 2 months on / 2 months off); OCONUS rotations are typically 3 months on / 3 months off or as required by the task order.

Ability to work in austere/extreme environments.

Valid US Passport (at least 6 months of validity remaining).

Must meet applicable pre-deployment medical and dental readiness requirements prior to deployment.

Physical requirements:

Lift/carry up to 50 lbs

Work in confined spaces

Stand/walk for 2+ hours

Work in extreme weather conditions

Operational experience with Piccolo Autopilot systems.

Prior experience supporting AFRL, DZYNE, or long-endurance Group 4–5 programs.

Dual-qualified operator/maintainer experience.

Experience as Site Lead, Crew Chief, or Mission Commander on UAS programs.

Spanish proficiency (preferred, not required).
