# Cardlock Maintenance Specialist Hot Job Yreka Fairlane - Yreka, CA 96097## Overview Salary Range $19.00 - $27.00 Hourly## Description This position is responsible for maintaining the site and equipment at our commercial fueling facility in Yreka, CA. The role is about 75% janitorial and 25% technician in nature. (See duties list below)
Any candidate for this role must be willing to comply with local, state, and national regulations. They must be good with people, remain calm in demanding situations, and be highly self-motivated.

This is a critical position for maintaining Valley Pacific’s image with the public  and ICC certification are a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right individual.## Qualifications

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Clean cardlock grounds and equipment. This includes dispensers and other equipment, landscaping, trash, and fuel spills.
* Perform and submit daily site inspections in accordance with government regulations.
* Assist in installing/troubleshooting/repairing cardlock controls, dispensing equipment, and remote tank monitoring equipment. (Training provided)
* Maintain a good relationship with customers, company personnel, Regulators, and suppliers.
* Able and willing to respond to emergencies such as spill/mix cleanups, fires, accidents, etc. If necessary, on holidays and weekends.
* Carries out specific assignments as directed by supervisor or other company management.
