7-10+ years commercial service experience, capable of independently diagnosing commercial DX equipment, chilled-water AHUs, pumps/VFDs and controls; comfortable communicating directly with facility managers; able to document findings and develop repair recommendations; and capable of coaching/ guiding a junior technician.
