** As an HVAC Technician at JLL, you will be a critical member of our facilities management team, responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our diverse client portfolio. This role combines technical expertise with customer service excellence as you ensure optimal indoor environmental conditions that support productive and comfortable work environments.

Your technical skills will directly impact energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and operational excellence across multiple client facilities.

** What your day-to-day will look like:
*** Install, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment including chillers, boilers, rooftop units, air handlers, and ductwork systems
* Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on heating and cooling systems to identify and resolve performance issues
* Execute preventive maintenance programs according to manufacturer specifications and JLL quality standards
* Monitor and adjust building automation systems (BAS) to optimize energy efficiency and maintain comfort levels
* Respond to emergency service calls for HVAC system failures with timely and effective solutions
* Replace and repair HVAC components such as compressors, motors, pumps, valves, and control devices
* Conduct system commissioning and startup procedures for new installations and equipment replacements
* Document all maintenance activities, equipment performance data, and repair recommendations in computerized systems
* Collaborate with engineering teams and contractors on complex system upgrades and energy conservation projects
* Effectively lead a team of maintenance technicians, establishing expectations and scheduling.

* Required qualifications:

*** High school diploma or equivalent with completion of an HVAC technology program or trade school certification
* Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
* Working knowledge of HVAC controls, electrical systems, and mechanical components up to 480V
* Experience with building automation systems (BAS) and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel between multiple client sites as needed
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to safety protocols
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
* Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in confined spaces, at heights, and various weather conditions
