As a Carpentry Lead
, you’ll be a key driver on site—leading by example, maintaining quality control, and keeping timelines on track.

• On-Site Carpentry & Craftsmanship
  :
  Perform high-quality framing, finish carpentry, cabinet installation (closet installation experience is a plus), and basic repairs.
• Cross-Trade Support
  :
  Handle basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall tasks as required for full-service remodels.
• Project & Team Leadership
  :
  Build a positive team vibe on site, guide apprentices, address project needs proactively, and keep communication clear with the Project Lead.
• Material & Time Estimation
  :
  Estimate necessary job site materials and labor time accurately to stay ahead of schedule.
• Organization & Safety
  :
  Maintain a clean, organized work environment, handle physical demands safely (climbing ladders, carrying heavy materials), and ensure site safety protocols are followed.

• Proven Carpentry & Leadership Skills
  :
  Strong track record in residential remodeling and leading on-site work collaboratively.
• Self-Motivation & Drive
  : A strong work ethic that pushes projects past the finish line without needing constant supervision.
• Tools & Transport

  Own basic residential construction power tools and maintain a reliable, well-organized work vehicle.

  Comfortable working at heights, climbing ladders, and lifting heavy construction materials.
