• Clear snow by hand from walkways, steps, building entrances, and other areas where equipment cannot reach
• Apply ice-melt and salt to ensure safe surfaces for pedestrians and vehicles
• Operate plow trucks or skid-steers to remove snow from commercial lots, driveways, and roadways (for qualified operators)
• Respond promptly to snow events, including early mornings, nights, and weekends as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure thorough and efficient snow removal for all assigned areas

• Dependable and punctual, with the ability to respond quickly to winter storms
• Comfortable working outdoors in cold, snowy, and sometimes challenging weather conditions
• Physically able to lift and shovel snow repeatedly during a shift
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license required for equipment operator roles
• Experience operating plow trucks or heavy equipment required for operator positions; entry-level roles require no prior experience and training is provided
