SERVPRO of Buckeye is hiring an experienced Restoration Crew Supervisor to lead jobs in the West Valley (Buckeye, Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Surprise, Sun City and surrounding areas). This is a hands-on field position, not a desk job. You'll be on job sites every day running water, mold, fire and storm jobs and working alongside your crew.

- Lead a crew of restoration technicians on water, mold, fire and storm jobs
- Set up drying equipment, take moisture readings and make sure the job is done right
- Do the physical work alongside your crew – demo, extraction, cleaning and equipment setup
- Be the face of SERVPRO® on site – walk homeowners through the process and keep them informed
- Document each job with photos, readings and notes so the file is complete
- Keep the office and project manager updated on job progress
- Keep your crew safe and follow OSHA guidelines
- Train and coach newer technicians
- Take your turn in the after-hours emergency rotation
- 2+ years of restoration, cleaning, or construction experience
- IICRC WRT certification required
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
- Reliable, organized, and good with customers
- Able to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with help), climb ladders, and work in attics and crawl spaces
- Able to work outdoors and on job sites in Arizona heat
- Comfortable working around cleaning agents
- High school diploma/GED preferred
