Location: Columbia
The-Marion-House is currently seeking a compassionate and dynamic Human Services Case Manager in Columbia, Kentucky. This role involves acting as a central contact for participants, creating personalized care plans, and building relationships with service providers. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and ideally over four years of experience in Kentucky Waiver Programs.
