OverviewVolunteers of America Mid‑States (VOA) is a non‑profit organization spanning four states that creates positive change in the lives of individuals and communities through a ministry of service. We provide housing for families, veterans, and low‑income seniors, care and support for individuals with developmental disabilities, restorative justice accountability, and free HIV testing and education.
Founded in 1896, VOA is staffed by paid, mission‑driven professionals committed to building thriving communities. We value flexibility, teamwork, and a fun workplace; employees receive a comprehensive benefits package when eligible.
We believe recovery happens through connection, consistency, and community. Our clinicians work in a collaborative, team‑based environment focused on helping clients stabilize, rebuild, and move forward.
