• Complete required orientation.
• Develop a university learning contract within specified timelines.
• Participate in intake procedures and support recruitment efforts (including phone reception and enrollment).
• Maintain case records and adhere to therapy record requirements.
• Communicate effectively with patients and across departments.
• Work independently and demonstrate professionalism.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite effectively.
• Provide reliable transportation to work locations.
• Assist with substance abuse facility duties if needed.
• Work with children, adolescents, and adults as required.

• 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Undergraduate or graduate student in Health Services or Social Work.
