Schedule:

F/T - Monday – Friday, Limited evenings and weekends.

• Assess for risk and protective factors of behaviors that indicate an interest in or involvement with gang activity and juvenile delinquency for each referred youth and their family.
• Create an action plan for every participant, in a prevention and/or intervention component of GRIP which includes:
  Self-Esteem and Gang Awareness Curriculum, weekly case management services.
• Conduct Student Intervention Meetings and Parent Intervention Meetings for those needing more support from the collaborative.
• Provide information and referral assistance, collecting data and coordinating services with other GRIP Team Members in the collaborative.

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, counseling social work or one of the social behavioral sciences.
• Background with adolescents or the juvenile justice system.
