The Assistant Residential Program Manager (ARPM) is responsible for the health, safety and well-being of assigned residents, as well as providing supervision and direction to house staff. He/she is responsible for assisting the Residential Coordinator with all house and resident monies and oversight of house and property maintenance.
Wiccopee House is located in the town of Putnam Valley, NY, which is known for its beautiful hiking trails. The house is also located minutes from Mohegan Lake, Peekskill, Cortland Manor, and Yorktown, enabling access to local stores and restaurants for everyone to enjoy. This gorgeous home has 7 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms that are currently occupied by 3 women and 5 men.
The level of care for the folks living here is unique to each individual, which provides a nice variety for those working here in this home. Here at Wiccopee

A Bachelor degree and one year experience in the DD field is strongly preferred OR an AAS degree and two years supervisory experience in the DD field. Some supervisory experience preferred. Additional education/training in psychology, social work or related field may be substituted for experience in DD field. Must have good communication, organizational and writing skills. Ability to work effectively with others.
Must have a clean drivers' record and the ability to pass a vigorous AMAP course.
HOURS: 40 hours weekly - Tuesday 12p-8p,Wednesday 9a-5p, Thursday 12p-8p, Friday 12p-8p, Saturday 8a-4p
Starting Salary: $21.62 - $23.79per hour plus additional shift differential as applicable
