The Jewish Board is seeking a Youth ACT Family Advocate to join a multi-disciplinary team serving youth 10–21 with behavioral health needs. You will provide family-focused treatment, coordinate services, and support transitions from residential or inpatient settings in home and community environments.
You will educate families, develop parent skills, and connect them with formal and informal supports while documenting progress and adhering to agency policies.
