Sea View Community Services is seeking a compassionate Case Manager to join our Recovery Center team, supporting adults with substance use and co-occurring behavioral health needs toward recovery, stability, and independence.
The Case Manager works with clients, clinicians, peer supporters, and referral partners to identify needs, reduce barriers, and coordinate services, while maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality.
