Location: Northern
Volunteers of America Colorado seeks a Housing Case Manager to provide direct services and housing support at the VOAC Navigation Center, a 103-bed shelter serving men and women in Lakewood. You will conduct needs-based assessments, determine eligibility, and support shelter stability and housing goals.
Full-time role, 40 hours/week, Sunday-Thursday 9:30am-6:30pm, located at 8000 W Colfax Ave, Lakewood. Requires Spanish bilingualism, a Colorado driver’s license, and data entry into HMIS/Service
