Location: Crestview Hills
Ramey-Estep / Re-group is seeking a Case Coordinator to deliver intensive in-home case management under the Kentucky Strengthening Ties and Empowering Parents (KSTEP) program.
You will manage up to 9 families, conduct assessments, and implement evidence-based treatments while coordinating with DCBS and community resources to sustain safety and functioning for up to 8 months per family.
