Location: Northern
Project Oz is seeking a full-time case manager to support youth ages 18-23 facing housing instability. You will deliver day-to-day case management, street outreach, and life-skills training using a trauma-informed approach to help clients achieve self-sufficiency.
Responsibilities include maintaining caseloads, facilitating education and employment pathways, crisis intervention, and 24/7 on-call coverage at Safe Place locations as scheduled. Bloomington, IL based with some remote hours. #J-18808-Ljbffr
