Location: Northern
AHRC New York City is hiring multiple full-time Job Coaches for our Brooklyn Employment Business Services (EBS) program. The coach will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving meaningful employment, spending most time on job sites.
You will manage a caseload of about 10-15 clients, teach and support workers using modeling, counseling, and demonstration, and assist with travel to job sites when needed. Strong note-taking and communication are essential.
