Location: Northern
Y.E.S. House is seeking a Transitional Living Program (TLP) Coordinator to lead services for at-risk youth (ages 14–24). You will oversee housing, education and vocational supports, ensure grant compliance, manage staff, and apply trauma-informed practices to achieve measurable outcomes. Strong budgeting and HMIS data oversight are essential.
You will supervise case managers, recruit and engage youth, and coordinate with partners to provide durable education and employment pathways.
