Together for Youth is seeking a Community Care Specialist to support youth and families in need of extra assistance within the FVEP. You will supervise, counsel, teach, and support children, families, and foster families through recreation, education, and social activities.
The program focuses on trauma-informed reunification, maintaining family connections, and guiding parents to develop skills for safe, nurturing homes during the reunification process.
