Location: Northern
Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. seeks an Intensive Family Coordinator to provide professional case management and direct advocacy to a caseload of families in the community.
You will complete family assessments, recruit foster parents, and perform home studies for the referring authority, while developing individualized service plans and ensuring safety planning and timely ISP development. The role requires scheduling flexibility, including nights and weekends, and travel across the community.
