Cape Abilities Farm is seeking a Developmental Specialist for a full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm position in Hyannis, MA. The role supports program participants with independent living, community self-management, and social skills development, including required documentation.
You will establish rapport, plan and supervise services, assist in goal setting, promote community integration, attend ISP meetings as needed, and maintain participant data while adhering to funding rules.
