Family Promise of Southern New Hampshire is seeking a Case Manager to guide families through our residential program and provide eviction prevention supports in the community. The role is primarily onsite in Derry, with occasional onsite support in Nashua.
You will assist with employment preparation, connect families to resources, liaise with landlords, and advocate with community agencies while maintaining notes and reporting as needed. Flexible schedules include evenings.
